New Residents

Welcome to Pelican Point!  We are hopeful these links will help you get settled more quickly into your new home.  After your Closing, please visit the Pelican Point office to register, receive vehicle decals, gate cards, and review the restrictions.  If you choose to, you can complete the New Resident form and bring it with you to the office.  The office is located at 40023 Pelican Point Parkway, Suite A, Gonzales, LA 70737, 225-473-0004.  After you enter the subdivision, make the first right turn onto Pelican Isle Commons, then turn right into the parking lot.  The office is in the building in the back of the parking lot, Suite A.
