The purpose of the Pelican Point HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to establish and enforce community standards, including but not limited to the enforcement and maintenance of The Acts of Restrictions of the Pelican Point Golf Community.
Please visit the Document Library for ACC forms. Please complete the ACC Submittal Form and submit with plans, colors, etc. A $500 deposit is due upon plan submittal for any exterior additions and improvements (fences, patios, pergolas, pools, bulkheads, awnings, fountains, painting, etc.). Plans must be submitted to the HOA office. Plans will be reviewed by the ACC, and the property owner will receive notice of the outcome within 3-5 business days of the submittal. Please read the ACC Standards and Guidelines in the Document Library for more information. PLEASE NOTE: A house addition with a roof requires a $150.00 non-refundable architect fee along with the $500.00 deposit. The $500 deposit will be refunded upon completion of the project per the submitted plans.
