The purpose of the Pelican Point HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to establish and enforce community standards, including but not limited to the enforcement and maintenance of The Acts of Restrictions of the Pelican Point Golf Community.
The ACC meets on the third Wednesday of every month. The meetings are held at 6:00pm at the HOA office. ACC Submittals must be received by the office the Monday before the meeting to be added to the agenda. Please visit the Document Library for ACC forms. Please complete the ACC Submittal Form and submit with plans, colors, etc. A $500 deposit per contractor is due upon plan submittal for any exterior additions and improvements (fences, patios, pergolas, pools, bulkheads, awnings, fountains, painting, etc.).
