New Resident Registration

Please complete the New Resident Information form and bring it to the Pelican Point HOA office.  The office is located at 40023 Pelican Point Parkway, Suite A.  As you enter the subdivision, pass the guardhouse and then make the first right onto Pelican Isle Commons.  Then turn right into the parking lot.  The HOA office is in the building in the back of the parking lot, 40023, Suite A.  We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the Pelican Point Golf Community!
