The Greens

The Greens at Pelican Point is one of three subdivisions within the Pelican Point Golf Community. It is an active community designed for those who are 55 years of age or better. Currently there are 162 completed residences consisting of garden homes and townhomes. Common areas include an activity center with a fitness center and heated pool, a gazebo and lake, a park, and a community center.
