chevron_rightAm I allowed to park my vehicles in the street?
The HOA Board of Directors has amended the Vehicles Resolution that imposes fees for excessive street parking and the inappropriate storing/parking of vehicles, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc. on the street or on the grass of a homesite. chevron_rightWhat procedures do I follow if I want to make a change to the outside appearance of my house?
Visit the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Info page for more information. Visit the Document Library for ACC submittal forms, the ACC Standards & Guidelines, etc. The ACC meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Your plans and your deposit (if applicable) must be submitted by the Monday before the meeting date.

chevron_rightAre the streets in Pelican Point private streets?
No. Most of the streets in the Pelican Point subdivision are owned by Ascension Parish. The streets in The Greens, Pelican Isle Commons, Mallard Cove, Hidden Cove, and River Winds are privately owned streets. Residents who live in these sections pay into an escrow designated for street repairs.

Go to Ascension Parish Citizen Service Center. On the left side, click on Dashboard. Then click on New Request. It is suggested that you create an account so that you can see the progress of the request.

The swimming pool, the golf course, and the tennis courts are not part of the Pelican Point HOA. Please contact the Pelican Point Golf Club for questions about the pool, tennis, and golf. 225-746-9900

Call the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office. If it is a non-emergency, call 225-621-8300, option 1. In an emergency, call 911.

Go to entergy.com to complete the form to report an issue with a street light and/or light pole.

Your HOA dues pay for:
- Maintenance, upkeep, and upgrades of common areas
- Irrigation systems
- Utilities for entrances, sub-entrances, guard house, office
- Maintenance of the lakes and fountains
- Maintenance and upkeep of the fences and signs
- Playground equipment and maintenance of playground and ball park
- Security guard coverage
- Security cameras, equipment, and maintenance
- Gate at rear entrance (maintenance, gate cards)
- HOA sponsored social events
- Insurance
- Common Grounds
- HOA Board of Directors
- Administration

chevron_rightHow do I register as a new homeowner in Pelican Point?
Visit the New Resident page on our website. Print the New Resident Data sheet and bring it to the HOA office after you Close on your new home.

chevron_rightWhere can I get a Pelican Point decal for my vehicle?
Visit the HOA office or use the Contact Us form to request to have the decal mailed to you. The HOA office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm.

chevron_rightWhen are the Security Guards on duty?
The Pelican Point Security Guards are on duty from 6:00pm - 4:00am, 7 days a week. The security guards will monitor traffic coming in and out of Pelican Point and check that residents have vehicle decals. Because Pelican Point does not have private streets, the security guards cannot stop a vehicle from entering the subdivision. Both Pelican Point entrances and exits are equipped with security cameras.

chevron_rightWhat is the sign policy in Pelican Point?
When selling a home or building a new home, you must have a Pelican Point HOA approved sign. Click here for the Sign Policy. These signs can be purchased through Diez Signs, 225-647-3608. For Sale signs are not permitted on empty lots. No other signs are permitted on any lot.
