What procedures do I follow if I want to make a change to the outside appearance of my house?
Visit the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Info
page for more information. Visit the Document Library
for ACC submittal forms, the ACC Standards & Guidelines, etc. The ACC meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Your plans and your deposit (if applicable) must be submitted by the Monday before the meeting date.
Are the streets in Pelican Point private streets?
No. Most of the streets in the Pelican Point subdivision are owned by Ascension Parish. The streets in The Greens, Pelican Isle Commons, and River Winds are privately owned streets. Residents who live in these sections pay into an escrow designated for street repairs.
How do I register as a new homeowner in Pelican Point?
Where can I get a Pelican Point decal for my vehicle?
Visit the HOA office or use the Contact Us

When are the Security Guards on duty?
The Pelican Point Security Guards are on duty from 5:00pm-1:00am, 7 days a week. During Daylight Savings Time, they are on duty from 6:00pm-2:00am, 7 days a week. The security guards will monitor traffic coming in and out of Pelican Point and check that residents have vehicle decals.
