HOALife's Owner Portal doesn't use traditional usernames or passwords. Instead, owners access the portal by entering their property address and then authenticating one of three ways: with a Notice ID (a unique ID printed on every violation notice), with a one-time code sent to the email address or phone number the HOA has on file, or with a unique Property PIN assigned to each property.
