NOTICE OF PELICAN POINT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 
(PPHOA) ANNUAL MEETING WAS HELD ON
WEDNESDAY, MAY 22, 2024 AT 6:00PM AT THE PELICAN POINT GOLF CLUB. 
 
  • The PPHOA Annual Meeting was held Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Pelican Point Clubhouse, 6300 Championship Court.

  • Four Board seats were elected at the meeting.  Those elected were Derryl Didier, Lee Melancon, Jacquelyn Weber and Robert Kevin Williamson.  Robert McAdams was appointed to fill a vacancy (2 years term balance).

  • In accordance with PPHOA Bylaws. agenda items for the meeting included presentations of financial reports and Community accomplishments and projects.  The following financial reports were discussed at the meeting:
    • Last year actual: Profit and Loss by Class FY 2022-2023
    • Current year estimated: Current Year FY 2023-2024
    • Next year proposed: Proposed Budget FY 2024-2025
    • Changes in Fund Balance 2024 Annual Meeting
  • Review the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes approved at the 2024 Annual Meeting.
  • Following the adjournment of the Annual Meeting, the new PPHOA Board held an organizational meeting. View the meeting agenda here.

2023 ANNUAL MEETING INFO:
