
Annual Meeting Recap
The PPHOA Annual Meeting was held May 11, 2022 in accordance with the Bylaws. Click here to view a copy of the complete Annual Meeting presentation.
Elected to fill four seats on the Board were: Errolyn "Theresa" Dickerson, Stephen Estopinal (incumbant), David Henry, and PJ Wetta (inclumbant).
In addition to PPHOA Challenges, Accomplishments, Activities and Projects and the standard financial reports, a presentation of the recently-completed General Operating Budget and Reserves Plan was presented.
To ensure the solvency of the PPHOA and sufficient resources to maintain the Community (and owners' property values!), the Plan suggested a dues increase, the first in 15 years, for all PPHOA members.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting the Board met and voted for the following proposed dues which include the increases suggested by the Plan:
